Pannotia is a social enterprise providing collaborative design and construction services for positive, sustainable projects in Africa. Our organization manages the building process in true partnership with our projects' sponsors and our African and American professionals.

Together, we develop and approve plans, generate budgets, choose local and lasting materials, conserve energy and other resources, and oversee construction. At all times our process is open and transparent.

Our goal is to ensure that all projects are finished on time and within budget, and are built to be landmarks in their communities for generations to come. We share our sponsors' strong commitment to social justice, and we provide a process to ensure that each project realizes its ultimate purpose.
